1. SHIPPING ADDRESS

All orders will be shipped to the shipping address you provided at the time you submit your order. It is solely your responsibility to carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. We will not accept any responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect shipping addresses provided by you. If you provided us with an incorrect shipping address, the delivered Product must be returned to us before we can refund you.

You are advised to provide us with a secure shipping address so you, or a person authorized by you, can accept the delivery of your order. We will not be responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with an unsafe shipping address where your parcel will be left unattended. All risks in the ordered Product will pass to you after the shipping service provider’s tracking reflects that your parcel was delivered to your specified shipping address. We will not offer any replacement or refund for any loss or damage arising as a result of an unsafe shipping address.

4. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Once you submit your order, our dedicated team works diligently to process it promptly. All orders are processed and packed within 24-72 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons, such as holidays and promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

5. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

The delivery timeframe for your order depends on the shipping method you selected and your location. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please understand that unforeseen circumstances like weather events or logistical issues may occasionally cause delays. We disclaim all liability for any loss or damage incurred by you or any other person as a result of any delay in delivery due to any unforeseen circumstances.

6. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently only ship to destinations within the United States of America.

7. LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. FINAL SALE

We do not accept any returns of sale items.

2. RETURN PERIOD AND PRODUCT CONDITION

Excluding sale items, you may request to return your ordered product(s) within 15 days of the delivery date in accordance with this Returns and Refund Policy. Please note that you must obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA number) within 15 calendar days of your order delivery. To be eligible to return the product for a refund, your returned product(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • The product, including any accessories, must be new, unworn, and unused. The product must not be stained or marked in any way.
  • The product must be in its original packaging and a resalable condition.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

We do not offer free returns. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. In such cases, please contact us immediately at support@baileyandbeauco.com for further assistance.

4. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your ordered product as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the product is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. Please email support@baileyandbeauco.com with your order number and a photo of your order. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, including return shipping costs.

5. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at support@baileyandbeauco.com with your full name, order number, and reason for the return. Please note that we will request you provide photos of the product you wish to return to determine whether you are eligible for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive an RMA number, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Products returned to us without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Please pack the product securely to avoid any damage during return shipment.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. We highly recommend shipping your parcel back via a traceable courier. We will not be responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund if the return criteria are met.
  • We fully inspect all returned product(s), and if any of the return conditions are not met, then your Refund will be refused, and your product(s) will be returned to you at your own cost.

6. REFUNDS

Upon receipt and thorough inspection of your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If the return is rejected, we will provide you with a reason, and the product(s) will be sent back to you at your own cost.

We aim to process all returns within seven days of receiving the returned product(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@baileyandbeauco.com.
